We’ve made it super easy to register with Ship4wd. No endless paperwork, just a simple signup process that takes less time to complete than it does to read this page! After you’ve shared your details with us, you’ll typically hear back with your account approval status within two hours.

2. Get booking

As soon as your account is ready, you can log in and create your first shipping order. Enter all the details about your goods, select the transportation mode and route, and browse shipping quotes in real time. Click to accept a quote and get booking confirmation within 24 hours.

3. Start shipping

Once you’ve booked your freight carrier, all you need to do is make sure your goods are ready to move. Once they’re underway, our real-time shipment tracking will keep you fully up to speed on its progress. And when it reaches its final destination, you’ll receive Proof of Delivery (POD) from us via email.

How many people can I add to my company’s account, and can I add more in the future?

The primary account holder can add as many secondary account holders as are needed — there is no limitation on how many users there can be on your account.

How do I change or update the details of my account?

When you’ve signed into your account, you can update and edit your details in the My Account section, which you can find in the settings menu.

Where do you ship to?

Through our global network of shipping partners, we can help you move shipments between China, Thailand, Japan and other locations in Asia, as well as Israel, the USA and Canada. And we intend to keep growing this network too, so as we add new locations we’ll make sure you’re the first to hear about it.
